We had layoffs yesterday, and while I still remain a corporate peon, one of my best friends was let go. I wrote way back in December that things were getting scary in corporate peon land, and finally the other shoe dropped.
Oh no. :( That totally sucks. I will be sending you good vibes that the same doesn't happen to you...It's a scary world out there. Pretty much all of Buck's business school friends have been laid off because they were all at WaMu. I'm only hoping that new jobs aren't incredibly hard to come by. Hugs!!
